Tool System Specialist

Location: Champlin, MN

Overview:

Egan Company is seeking candidates for a Tool System Administration at our location in Champlin, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for playing an integral role in Egan’s daily tool and warehouse operations. In our fast-paced warehouse environment, you’ll help troubleshoot and keep day-to-day tasks running smoothly in the tool system, while working alongside your exceptional teammates.

  • Ability to perform standard math calculations (+, -, x).
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to interact and work well with all employees across Egan.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Embraces teamwork and collaborates well with others.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times and work under pressure.
  • Ability to use general computer systems including: Google, Excel, Word, and Data Collections experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Performance of duties in the warehouse. Approximately 100% of the time.
    • This includes 30% of the time on the warehouse floor.
    • Time at a desk 70%.
    • Sometimes this may be spent off-site, which could be up to 10%.
  • Egan office, normal operating hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • An eight-hour work day, thirty-minute lunch break, along with two fifteen-minute breaks morning and afternoon.
